Hope, Happiness and Wellbeing – Special Talk with Kadam Bridget Heyes
These are unusual and difficult times. It’s easy to get caught up in all the events that are unfolding and be left with a sense of hopelessness, despair and fear.
This can have a very negative effect on our mental health and physical well-being.
This public talk will explore simple meditations and mental perspectives that increase our inner peace, happiness and well-being and leave us with a sense of hope that we can improve and control how we respond to difficulties not only for our own benefit but for those around us as well.
This event includes a guided meditation and a talk.
