By applying some relatively simple meditation techniques, you will find relief from negative habits of mind and learn to become more relaxed and confident in your life.

You can join these meditation classes at any time, there’s no need to book.

Kelsang Chandra is the Resident Teacher at Vajrasattva KMC, Dumfries. She is kind, caring and approachable and her teachings are clear and easily understood. She is able to relate her teachings to the everyday lives of students to solve their daily problems.
