This four week course explores a set of simple, practical meditation tools that you can use anytime to reduce stress, improve focus, and build inner confidence.
Each session includes two guided meditations, a short teaching, and practical advice on how to bring these methods into your daily life.

Teacher: Jenny Craig
Jenny is a dedicated disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and has taught throughout Dumfries and Galloway for many years. Her practical application of Dharma and her rich wealth of experience translate into Jenny being a compassionate, wise teacher. Jenny teaches from her heart and makes Buddha’s teachings accessible to all her students. Jenny teaches the Monday evening and Tuesday lunchtime classes and some half-day courses at the Centre in Dumfries.
