Come and enjoy some simple meditations that can help reduce our anxiety and stress, improve our relationships, reduce our painful feelings and help us to develop a more positive outlook in our daily lives.

You can join these meditation classes at any time, there’s no need to book.

  • Two guided meditations and a short teaching
  • Seating is in chairs, no special clothing required – come as you are!
  • Friendly, welcoming atmosphere—no experience needed
  • An optional cup of tea after class with the opportunity to discuss the topic further
  • All income goes to running the centre which is a registered charity.
  • Cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the course will receive a full refund minus a 10% admin fee.

Resident Teacher: Kelsang Chandra

Kelsang Chandra is the Resident Teacher at Vajrasattva KMC, Dumfries. She is kind, caring and approachable and her teachings are clear and easily understood. She is able to relate her teachings to the everyday lives of students to solve their daily problems.
