Prayers for World Peace – Free
11am – 12pm
The perfect Sunday morning meditation practice. Enjoy a relaxing guided meditation followed by practical and effective advice for solving our inner and outer problems, based on cultivating good habits of mind.
The talk each week will be based on the book, The New Eights Steps to Happiness’, with a different inspiring topic each week. The class concludes with short Prayers for World Peace – a simple and beautiful chanted practice that reminds us how to create the causes for peace for ourselves and others through recitation of verses taken from ancient Buddhist poetry.
This class is free and taught by different teachers each week.
