Treat yourself to some practical guided meditations to set you on the right track for a positive 2026.

Meditation is a simple but very effective method to calm the mind, let go of stress, tension and worry, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing.

During this course you will get practical experience of the benefits of meditation and learn how to use it to handle stress, be happy, stay focused and have harmony in your relationships.

You can join these meditation classes at any time, there’s no need to book.

Teacher: Jenny Craig

Jenny is a dedicated disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and has taught throughout Dumfries and Galloway for many years. Her practical application of Dharma and her rich wealth of experience translate into Jenny being a compassionate, wise teacher. Jenny teaches from her heart and makes Buddha’s teachings accessible to all her students.  Jenny teaches the Monday evening and Tuesday lunchtime classes and some half-day courses at the Centre in Dumfries.
