In the coming weeks through teachings and guided meditations, we can learn how to cultivate positive minds that will help us to be happy no matter what life throws at us!

Kelsang Chandra is the Resident Teacher at Vajrasattva KMC, Dumfries. She is kind, caring and approachable and her teachings are clear and easily understood. She is able to relate her teachings to the everyday lives of students to solve their daily problems.
