Karma the Key to Happiness
Half-day meditation workshop Sept 12, 10:00am – 1:00pm
It is said that karma is like iron chains binding us to a life of dissatisfaction and suffering. But what exactly is karma, and how can we break free from its control and create a truly happy and fulfilling life?
On this course, Kelsang Chandra will explain how instead of karma controlling us we can control our karma. We will explore how we create karma through our intentions and how we can control our intentions through training the mind. Eventually we will become free from negative karma and experience only pure happiness.
