Calm the Stressful Mind – Half-Day Retreat
Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing morning of meditation, and learn three simple breathing meditations. Each one helps us to develop inner peace and a more positive and relaxed approach to life.
If we retrain our mind through regular meditation we can learn to respond to life’s challenges with a peaceful, positive attitude and we can face life with inner strength, stability, and profound peace.

Kelsang Chandra
Kelsang Chandra is the Resident Teacher at Vajrasattva KMC, Dumfries. She is kind, caring and approachable and her teachings are clear and easily understood. She is able to relate her teachings to the everyday lives of students to solve their daily problems.
