Staying Calm When Things Go Wrong

Half-day meditation course July 11 – 10:00am – 1:00pm

In situations of conflict, we tend to become angry easily.

In this course, we will learn skilful techniques to remain balanced, flexible and peaceful in the midst of difficult situations and conflicts, thereby overcoming our real enemy, the painful mind of anger itself.

Please join us on this half day course to understand how to develop the happy and peaceful mind of patience, the direct opponent to the mind of anger.
