The Peace of a Pure Mind – Jan 3rd & 4th
A Two Day Vajrasattva Retreat 10am – 4pm
One of the most powerful methods Buddha taught to purify our mind is the meditation and recitation of Vajrasattva. Through this practice, we can swiftly and joyfully cleanse our mind of all impurities, that cause painful experiences, problems and difficulties.
On this retreat Kelsang Chandra will guide you through the practice of Vajrasattva, which will help you to create the causes for your own inner peace and happiness.
Session 1: 10:00 – 11:00
Session 2: 12:00 – 13:00
Session 3: Lunch
Session 4: 15:00 – 16:00
Between sessions there is the opportunity to discuss the course with other participants, to browse the bookshop or enjoy some refreshments in the cafe.

Teacher: Kelsang Chandra
Kelsang Chandra is the Resident Teacher at Vajrasattva KMC, Dumfries. She is kind, caring and approachable and her teachings are clear and easily understood. She is able to relate her teachings to the everyday lives of students to solve their daily problems.
