Discover the power of meditation to uplift and energise the mind.
On this half day course, we will learn the basics of meditation and how to apply them in our daily life to help us overcome our feelings of anxiety and stress.
Through regular meditation practice, we will find that day by day our mind becomes increasingly more peaceful and positive and we will be able to cope with all the difficulties that arise in our busy modern life.

Kelsang Chandra is the Resident Teacher at Vajrasattva KMC, Dumfries. She is kind, caring and approachable and her teachings are clear and easily understood. She is able to relate her teachings to the everyday lives of students to solve their daily problems.
