These classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.

They are drop-in classes so you can join at any point in the term, no need to book.

Weekly Meditation classes

Meditation is a simple but very effective method to calm the mind, let go of stress, tension and worry, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and well-being.

During these classes you will gain practical experience of the benefits of meditation, including how to use meditation to handle stress, be happy, stay focused and develop harmony in your relationships.
