One Breath at a Time
Half-day meditation retreat 10:00am – 1:00pm
So often our minds feel busy, restless, or scattered – constantly moving from one thought to the next. This can leave us feeling depleted, anxious and unable to relax or enjoy life.
In this half day retreat, we have a perfect opportunity to step out of the busyness of our life, to come into the present moment and anchor ourselves with the breath. Then in each moment we can enjoy the stillness that lies within a truly peaceful mind.
Experienced teacher, Jenny Craig, will guide you in different breathing meditations helping you to slow down and find your inner calm. By the end of the course, you should have all the tools you need to continue at home with an effective meditation practice.
