The Power of Slowing Down
Half-day meditation course
When was the last time you enjoyed stillness and peace in your mind? Is your mind constantly on the move, jumping from one thing to another, reacting quickly to thing or feeling worn out and scattered?
In our busy modern lives we live amidst an endless stream of distractions. When we slow down in meditation we give ourself the chance to concentrate on one thing, to relax and absorb. When we slow down in daily life, we give ourself the chance to respond to people, events, thoughts, etc. with wisdom and empathy. We regain crucial control over our own mind and our own actions.
On this half day retreat you will learn simple meditations that you can do at home to quieten the mind, leaving you feeling clear, peaceful, happy and energetic in all the right ways! Learn to love being in the company of your own mind!
