Through guided meditations and inspiring teachings Kelsang Chandra will help you get started with your meditation practice, giving you meditation experience and practical instructions about meditation.
No prior experience is needed—everyone can meditate. Whether you are looking for more clarity, relaxation, or emotional balance, this workshop will give you the tools to get started. You will leave with a clear plan for making meditation part of your daily life.

Kelsang Chandra
Kelsang Chandra has been a dedicated disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 20 years. Her Dharma practice and experience comes from many years of living in and working at Kadampa and Retreat Centres. She is kind, caring and approachable and her teachings are clear and easily understood. She is able to relate her teachings to the everyday lives of students to solve their daily problems.
