Compassion in Action

Half-day meditation course

What makes a good teacher?  In this practical one day workshop we examine this question, and also look at the benefits of teaching, how to guide a meditation and how to be a good listener!

This course is open to all those who are interested to learn how to teach Kadampa meditation classes, as well as for existing teachers to improve their teaching skills. We will look at qualities everyone can develop to become a qualified teacher, an inspiring guide and a good example to all we meet.
