ABOUT THIS COURSE
Love is the foundation of all lasting and harmonious relationships and is the source of all peace and happiness. It protects us from anger, resentment, jealousy, fear and never causes pain. As Buddhist master Shantideva said, ‘All the happiness there is in the world arises from wishing others to be happy’.
Over the coming weeks we will be guided on the teachings of love and we will understand how we can live a more peaceful and problem free life through improving the way we feel about others.

• These classes are included FREE in membership, but members are still required to book
How the course is run
You will be sent a link to access the video to your email address on the day of the class.
The link will remain valid for three days after the class is shown.

10 November – Choose Love – Week 2
17 November – Choose Love – Week 3
24 November – Choose Love – Week 4
1 December – Choose Love – Week 5
8 December – Choose Love – Week 6
Each class consists of:
2 relaxing guided Meditations
a short practical teaching
and advice on how to integrate meditation into daily life
Resident Teacher - Alma Elder
Alma is the Resident Teacher for Meditate in Dumfries and Galloway.
She has been a dedicated disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 20 years. Her Dharma practice and experience comes from many years of living in and working at Kadampa and Retreat Centres. She is kind, caring and approachable and her teachings are clear and easily understood. She is able to relate her teachings to the everyday lives of students to solve their daily problems.
