In each class, a different aspect of meditation is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can book at any time. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic.

Suitable for everyone, these classes offer practical methods to improve the quality of our lives through meditation.
