Half-day meditation course July 19, 10.30am – 1.30pm
This half day meditation workshop features simple guided meditations that can be enjoyed by anyone.
With regular practice, these meditations help us to develop greater peace of mind and happiness, improve our love and appreciation of others and deepen our compassion.
Through gaining experience of these meditations you will be able to mentally take away suffering and give love. Discover the liberating power of a kind heart to free you from the root of your own suffering and heal your relationships with others.

Session 1: 10:30 – 11:10 Cherishing others
Session 2: 11:40 – 12:20 Taking away suffering
Session 3 12:50 – 13:30 Giving Love

Between sessions there is the opportunity to discuss the course with other participants, to browse the bookshop or enjoy some refreshments in the cafe.
We recommend turning your phone off for the duration of the course.
